Lilian Menenguci, a writer from Espírito Santo, Brazil, is among the authors selected for the “Matilde Rosa Araújo Award” in Portugal. The competition aims to promote creative writing and children’s literature, and Lilian’s book was selected in the children’s story category. The winners of the award will receive a cash prize and their book will be published and distributed. Lilian has previously published several books independently, with one reaching 13,000 copies sold.
